ATD: Procedure to Report Departure Date and Time
After login, click OTHER SERVICES > ADVANCE MANIFEST > AFR TRANSACTION
1. Click
to create new application
2. Select Transaction Type - ATD-Departure Time Registration
3. Click SUBMIT to proceed
4. The following screen will be displayed

| National Code of Vessel Code* | Key in National Code of Vessel Code |
| Voyage Number* | Key in Voyage Number |
| Carrier Code* | Key in Carrier Code |
| Port of Loading Code* | Click drop-down to select |
| Port of Loading Description* | Auto populate once the Port of Loading Code selected |
| Port of Loading Suffix* | Key in port of loading suffix |
| Actual Date of Departure* | Click calendar icon to select date |
5. Application Status
Choose Status:
- SAVE to save as draft
- SUBMIT to submit the registration to NACSS
ATD status: DRAFT→ APPLICATION SUBMITTED→ ACKNOWLEDGED BY JAPAN CUSTOMS
