Login with User ID is required
After login click NSW > ePERMIT> Search Application
Select Status - COMPLETE AT CUSTOMS then click SEARCH button.
Click View button at application that wish to be cancelled
Click View button on permit that wish to be cancelled
Insert reason for cancellation in Cancellation Remarks
Select Update Permit as - SUBMIT FOR CANCELLATION
Click SAVE
Check your application status
Once submitted you are now be able to check your Permit status
Permit status: Awaiting OGA Cancellation→ Permit Cancelled→ Awaiting Customs Cancellation Acknowledgement→ Cancellation Acknowledged by Customs
